You’re not broken — your system is overwhelmed
Experienced Care For General & Complex Cases
If you’ve seen multiple practitioners, tried different treatments, and still don’t have clear answers, you're not alone.
Many of the people Dr Kris works with have complex, overlapping symptoms that haven’t been fully understood — until now.
Dr Kris is a highly skilled practitioner with over 30 years of study and experience, in health sciences and customised holistic care, who works with individuals facing general, persistent, complex, and often unresolved health conditions.
His work focuses on understanding how the brain, nervous system, and body function together — particularly when symptoms don’t follow a clear or simple pattern.

The Approach
A more complete way to understand your health
One practitioner. Many disciplines. One integrated framework.
Your health is not a collection of separate symptoms.
Dr Kris’ approach looks at the bigger picture — how your brain, nervous system and body communicate, adapt and function together.
Through Integrative Neuro & Functional Health (INFH), a broad range of conventional and complementary therapeutic approaches, techniques and technologies are brought together within one personalised framework.
Rather than following a fixed protocol, each session is guided by your individual presentations and your body’s response in the moment.
Detailed assessment, together with real-time muscle, movement and neurological testing, helps identify where attention is most relevant and guides the care provided. This allows your treatment to remain precise, responsive and individualised.
The focus is not simply on managing symptoms, but on understanding and addressing the patterns and underlying drivers that influence how you feel and function.
Whether you are navigating an ongoing health challenge or seeking to optimise performance, resilience and overall wellbeing, the focus is on enhancing function, unlocking your full potential and creating meaningful, long-term outcomes through to sustainable, lasting change.
This approach may be right for you if you are experiencing:
-
Anxiety and stress-related conditions
-
Sleep disturbances and fatigue
-
Chronic pain and inflammatory conditions
-
Headaches and migraines
-
Digestive concerns (including IBS, reflux, bloating, and gut dysfunction)
-
Movement restrictions or physical limitations
-
Concussion, whiplash, or traumatic brain injury (TBI) recovery
-
Cognitive or memory challenges

Or a desire to improve performance, resilience, and overall wellbeing
Not sure where to start?
You don't need to have a clear diagnosis or know exactly what is causing your concerns before you begin. An initial consultation provides an opportunity to explore your health, understand the bigger picture and experience how this approach can support you.
The Next Step
Book an in-person or online consultation to explore your concerns and gain a clearer understanding of the factors that are influencing how you feel and function.
The Path
What to Expect — A different kind of health experience
Your system leads. We Listen. Identify. Integrate. Progress.
Before Your First Session
Once your initial appointment is booked, we ask you to access and complete the new client intake form. This gives Dr Kris the opportunity to understand your health history, current concerns, experiences and goals before you arrive.
Your health history provides important context, helping us understand where you are now, what may be influencing your wellbeing, and what your system may need — so your first session can be focused, considered and specific to you.
When You Arrive
— A Space to Feel at Ease
From the moment you arrive at our Wholebody Health Clinic, you can take a breath and settle in. Your experience is designed to feel calm, considered and personal, with thoughtful care and attention to what you need.
You’ll be listened to without judgement, supported and gently guided through each step of the process. There is no pressure for you to have all the answers, and no expectation for you to fit into a predetermined protocol.
We begin where you are, take the time to understand your story, and allow the process to unfold from there.
The 4-Step System
A personalised process designed to understand your system, identify what it needs, apply the right input, and build meaningful progress over time. There is no fixed protocol and no one-size-fits-all approach. Every person is different, and your care is designed around you.
STEP 1.
LISTEN
Understand your story.
We explore your background and the influencing factors that may be contributing to your current state of health and imbalance.
STEP 2.
IDENTIFY
Discover what your system needs.
Through real-time muscle, movement and neurological testing, we assess how your brain and body are communicating to identify the specific input required.
STEP 3.
INTEGRATE
Apply the right input.
We integrate the identified inputs using an appropriate combination of gentle modalities, techniques and approaches to support the desired outcome.
STEP 4.
PROGRESS
Build on what has come before.
Each session is standalone, yet builds upon the progress already made. As your system strengthens and evolves, the approach adapts with it.
Personalised, Real-Time Care
No two sessions are exactly the same. All sessions are highly individualised and guided in real time. Treatment draws from a range of evidence-based and innovative techniques, selected based on what your system needs in the moment and to guide your body out of 'perceived threat’ or survival mode.
Rather than focusing solely on where symptoms appear, including pain or dysfunction, care is directed at improving how the brain and nervous system coordinate the body.
This may include targeted interventions designed to:
-
Improve brain–body communication
-
Enhance movement and coordination
-
Support nervous system regulation
-
Reduce pain and compensatory patterns
The aim is to move your body out of protective or compensatory states and toward more efficient, adaptable function — supporting lasting improvements in both symptoms and performance.
Many clients notice positive changes early in care — sometimes even within the first session. However, more significant and lasting improvements typically occur over a series of sessions, as the nervous system responds, adapts and integrates the changes.
Structured Care for Lasting Results
For most clients, the best outcomes are achieved through a short series of sessions, rather than a one-off appointment.
-
3 - 4 sessions often provides a strong foundation and initial progress
-
6 - 12 sessions is typically recommended for more complex or long-standing conditions
This approach allows time to properly assess, address, and integrate the underlying drivers of dysfunction — particularly in more complex presentations. A structured approach ensures changes are not only achieved, but retained, supporting more stable, long-term improvements.
Your Session Journey
As you progress through care, regular reassessments are performed to track changes in your nervous system function, movement, and overall symptoms.
Your care plan is continuously adjusted based on your progress, goals, and how your system responds — ensuring an organic and effective approach at every stage.
Once you achieve your desired outcomes, you may choose to conclude care or continue with occasional sessions to support ongoing performance and wellbeing.
