> Integrative, Applied & Functional Neurology*
Integrative, Applied & Functional Neurology (IAFN) is a holistic approach to healthcare that aims to optimise the function of the brain and nervous system. This is achieved through a combination of diagnostic assessments, real-time neurological and kinesiology muscle testing; targeted manual, neurological and sensory input therapies and techniques, and lifestyle modifications (as required). By identifying and addressing underlying neurological imbalances (including but not limited to retained primitive reflexes, cranial nerve dysfunctions, vestibular and eye system issues, emotional challenges, dysautonomia, 'perceived threat', processing issues, nociception/pain perception, immune issues, etc.), IAFN can help improve a wide range of conditions, including chronic pain, migraines, balance and coordination disorders, cognitive dysfunction, sleep disorders, stress and anxiety, digestive issues, immune function, mood disorders, movement disorders, sensory processing issues, post-concussion syndrome, and autonomic dysfunction. As the nervous system plays a critical role in regulating bodily functions, optimising nervous system function can help improve overall health and wellbeing. One of the key benefits of IAFN is its focus on individualised care, everyone receives a comprehensive assessment to determine their unique needs and treatment plan — this may include a combination of therapeutic integration techniques, exercises and movements to improve brain and nervous system integration and function, nutritional counselling, and/or lifestyle modifications. Overall, IAFN is a safe, quick and effective approach to healthcare that can help a person achieve optimal health and wellness by addressing a wide range of neurological conditions and symptoms. * Functional Neurology used are the teachings of Nick Moss of Functional Neuro Health

> Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that aims to improve the functioning of the central nervous system by applying light pressure to the skull, spine, and pelvis to release tension and promote relaxation. This therapy is often used to treat a variety of conditions, including headaches, and stress-related disorders, and has been demonstrated to have numerous benefits for the body and mind. By releasing tension in the central nervous system, it can help to reduce pain, improve sleep, and boost the immune system — making it effective in treating conditions such as migraines, chronic fatigue, and anxiety. Overall, CST can promote a sense of deep relaxation and well-being, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
> Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release (MFR) is a type of physical therapy that focuses on releasing tension in the fascia, which is the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and organs. This technique involves applying gentle pressure to the affected area to help release tension and improve mobility. MFR is used to treat a variety of conditions, including chronic pain, headaches, and fibromyalgia. By releasing tension in the fascia, MFR can help reduce pain, improve flexibility, and increase range of motion. Additionally, this technique can help improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation. Overall, MFR is a safe and effective way to treat a variety of conditions and improve overall health and wellness.
> Lymphatic Support
Lymphatic Support refers to gentle, hands-on techniques that support the body’s natural movement of lymphatic and interstitial fluids. The lymphatic system plays an important role in maintaining fluid balance within the tissues, supporting immune function, and transporting lymph and excess fluid throughout the body. Lymphatic techniques may involve gentle, rhythmic or specific manual approaches applied to the tissues and pathways associated with lymphatic flow. There are a number of different approaches used within therapeutic practice, depending on the practitioner’s training and area of expertise. Lymphatic processes can be stand alone but may also be incorporated into broader approaches such as Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release and other integrative therapies, where appropriate. The intention is to work with the body’s natural processes and support healthy fluid movement and overall function.
> Kinesiology & Mind-Body Integration
Kinesiology (KIN) is a holistic and integrative modality that utilizes muscle monitoring as a biofeedback mechanism to identify anatomical, physiological, and psychological stressors in an individual. It is a non-invasive and client-centered approach that employs muscle testing to detect imbalances in the body. By applying gentle pressure to a muscle's midpoint, kinesiology can reveal various symptoms and issues. The technique employs non-invasive scientific methods to maintain physical, emotional, and energetic health, based the premise that the body can heal itself when provided with the right conditions. The primary goal of any kinesiology session, or 'balance,' is to identify and resolve the underlaying cause of any imbalance, which may be nutritional, emotional, structural, energetic, or psychological — such as an attitude, stress(es) or a forgotten memory. Mind-body integration (MBI), on the other hand, is the practice of connecting the mind and body to promote overall health and well-being It involves techniques such as meditation, yoga, and deep breathing exercises to help individuals achieve a state of balance and harmony between their physical and mental selves.
> Alpha Alignment Technique™
The Alpha Alignment Technique™ (AAT), previously known as the Beta Release Technique, is a series of physical movements that can quickly alleviate stress, discomfort, and dis-ease. By balancing the left and right hemispheres of the brain into an ‘alpha-wave’ healing state, the technique realigns the body’s nervous system back into a state of balance, allowing for a more natural energy flow throughout the body. This process removes or lessens blockages and restrictions, leading to improvements in physical, mental, emotional, energetic, structural, muscular, vascular, and chemical levels. With this alignment, individuals can better handle subtle negative stresses and avoid retreating into a brain-locked, detached world. The Alpha Alignment Technique™ provides a way to overcome life's challenges and reach your full potential. It stands out from psychology, meditation, yoga, therapeutics, chiropractic, massage, and medicine. The technique is unique, powerful, and must be experienced to be fully understood.
> Integrative Functional Health & Test-Based Nutrition
Integrative Functional Health and Test-Based Nutrition is a client-centered, holistic approach focused on identifying the root causes of chronic conditions. By analysing your unique health history, this approach recommends personalised nutritional, dietary and lifestyle modifications to support your digestive and immune systems. Specific lab tests may be required to determine underlying factors before addressing key areas such as detoxification and colon health, anti-inflammatory nutrition, mitochondrial health, digestion, cold therapy, fasting, hydration and sleep. This approach forms the foundation for making lasting improvements to your health. Integrative Functional Health utilises a range of evidence-based therapies, including nutrition, lifestyle changes and supplements (if required), to support the body's natural healing processes. The goal is to promote optimal health and prevent chronic diseases by addressing the underlying causes rather than merely treating symptoms. By taking a comprehensive approach to healthcare, Integrative Functional Health aims to empower an individual to take an active role in their well-being. This approach recognises the uniqueness of each individual, requiring a personalised treatment plan to achieve optimal health.

The 4-Step System
A personalised process designed to understand your system, identify what it needs, apply the right input, and build meaningful progress over time. There is no fixed protocol and no one-size-fits-all approach. Every person is different, and your care is designed around you.
STEP 1: LISTEN
Understand your story.
Every process begins with listening. We take the time to understand your background, your experiences, your current state of health, and the factors that may be influencing your wellbeing and contributing to imbalance.
This provides the context needed to understand where you are now — not simply the symptoms you are experiencing, but the bigger picture of what may be influencing your system.
STEP 2: IDENTIFY
Discover what your system is communicating.
Using real-time muscle, movement and neurological testing, we assess how your brain and body are communicating and responding. This helps reveal where the system may be under strain, what is contributing to the imbalance, and — importantly — what specific input is required.
Rather than assuming what you need, we use your body's responses to help identify the most appropriate input for you, in that moment.
STEP 3: INTEGRATE
Apply the right input in the right way.
Once the required input has been identified, it is integrated through an appropriate combination of techniques and approaches. The integrative approach draws from a range of modalities, disciplines and techniques, selected according to what your system requires.
Integration is not simply about bringing different modalities together. It is about integrating the identified input in a way that supports the desired outcome and correction. The approach is therefore responsive, specific and individualised — rather than following a predetermined formula.
STEP 4: PROGRESS
Build on what has come before.
Each session is a standalone opportunity to create change. At the same time, each session contributes to the bigger picture. As your system responds, strengthens and evolves, the approach adapts with it. What happens in one session informs what comes next, allowing each session to build upon the progress already made while remaining responsive to where you are now.
