Thank you for you enquiry or booking an appointment session.

Attached is the paperwork (as a single PDF file) for you to download, print, complete and bring with you to your appointment session.

The initial session will include a combination of Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Myofascial Release (MFR), and the Alpha Alignment Technique (AAT), as required.

NOTE:  A reminder text and/or email will be sent at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm your scheduled time and as this appointment time has been specifically allocated for you.

 

Cancellation Policy:  We kindly ask that 24 hours notice be given where possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment, as this allows other clients ample time to fill the vacancy.  If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, or you do not attend your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the consultation fee. This fee can be paid at the time of your next appointment, or an invoice emailed/mailed to you directly.

 

Payment methods include: Cash, Bank Transfer (EFT), or EFTPOS (Savings / Cheque), Credit Card (VISA / MasterCard). Please note that EFTPOS & Credit Card payments incur a 1.9 to 2.2% processing fee (dependant on card type and processing method used).
